Ilosone® - Oral antibiotic used to treat infections. Also sold under the brand name(s): Erythrocin® (Oral), Eryc®, E.E.S.®, E-Mycin®, Erythromycin® (Oral), Pediamycin®, Robimycin®

Iridocyclitis - Eye inflammation.

Iritis - Inflammation of the iris, a part of the eye. Symptoms include eye pain, sensitivity to light, and/or blurry vision.

Isopto-Cetamide® - Ophthalmic antibiotic used to treat eye infections. Also sold under the brand name(s): Sulfair®, Ak-Sulf®, Ophthacet®, Cetamide®, Sulfair Forte®, Sodium Sulamyd®, Sulten-10®, sulfacetamide.

Isotretinoin - an alternative to oral antibiotics which is sometimes effective for severe outbreaks of papules and pustules. Also sold under the brand name(s): Accutane or Roaccutane)
