Lanacort® - Hydrocortisone – a natural chemical made by the body which reduces swelling, itching, inflammation and burning. The most common prescribed and/or over the counter steroid. Lotrisone® - by Schering, (Clotrimazole, Betamethasone dipropionate),cream and lotion contain a combination of a steroid (betamethasone) and an antifungal drug (clotrimazole). It is used to treat skin infections caused by fungus, such as athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm of the body.
