The best time to begin application of Rosacea Ltd IV is the early evening after thoroughly washing your face with Neutrogena (the transparent facial bar) "dry skin formula - fragrance free" is very good, or the Dove "normal white bar" that has been known for years for use on sensitive skin. Wash the face with any one of these two gentle cleansing soaps as needed which would be two times per day for dry or normal skin and three times daily for oily skin. You will also be very happy using either of these two soaps over the entire body area if desired. Both of these excellent soaps can be purchased at most pharmacies or drug stores as well as grocery stores and in retail stores such as Walmart, Target, etc. in the United States and likewise can be found conveniently throughout the world at a low price. Both soaps are wonderful for rosacea patients and performs outstandingly with Rosacea-Ltd IV. And to alleviate rosacea symptoms is a big part of a rosacea treatment.
Simply
wet your face with a clean, wet wash cloth to hydrate your skin well.
Then using the wash cloth, cleanse with one of the two above soaps. Rinse thoroughly
with a generous amount of water to hydrate the skin. While the face is
still wet, gently glide (do not rub or press firmly) the light tan Rosacea Ltd
IV over the affected area to dissolve off an invisible film. Leave Rosacea Ltd
IV on your skin until the next time you wash your face which should be
no longer than 8 to 10 hours. We recommend not applying a moisturizer
at night, if possible, and only if necessary during the day. If you must
use a moisturizer because you have dry skin or you want to wear make-up,
wait until the Rosacea-Ltd IV has dried invisibly on your skin (15-30
minutes). Use Rosacea-Ltd IV only at night for the first three nights.
Initial application should be limited to a very brief 2 second contact
on each side of the face.
And always in a rosacea treatment, "Less is More".
After three night time
applications, add a morning application, following the same procedure as for
the evening application. Begin with the briefest possible two second
application. The quick Rosacea Ltd IV application process should take
only a few additional seconds after the normal washing or shaving of your
face.
After
seven to ten days, substitute the yellow Rosacea-Ltd IV application
at night only instead of using the light tan Rosacea-Ltd IV and continue
with the tan in the morning. It is more effective and a smaller application
is adequate.
